Location: Merritt Island, FL.




Longevity: 6+ Months Contract




B Shift: 4pm- 230am Monday -Thursday




A Shift: 7am-4:30pm M-Th

1.Give me an example of a time when you were able to deliver an important project under a tight deadline. What sacrifices did you have to make to meet the deadline? How did they impact the final deliverables?


2.Give an example of a time where you were not able to meet a commitment to a team member. What was the commitment and what prevented you from meeting it? What was the outcome and what did you learn from it?


3.What operator checks do you perform before/during/after a survey?



Job Description:



Technicians should have relevant experience in SA (Spatial Analyzer) such that they can complete surveys independently using survey instructions/templates/MPs. Some tasks will require work without written instruction/methodology (emergent work), in such cases technicians will work with personnel to fulfill survey requirements. Survey goals/key features will be provided in writing for either scenario.


•Technicians should have experience making reports in SA or Microsoft Excel from survey data. Report templates/previous reports will be provided as a guide.


•Technicians should have expertise in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and applying GD&T to capture data that will fulfil survey requirements.


3. Responsible to program, setup and operate laser trackers


4. Manual layout using design data to inspect machined, make, and received components.


5. Perform first article inspections


6. Perform in-process, final and receiving inspections.


7. Provide feedback to machinists, technicians, and engineers with dimensional data.


8. Document, track, and complete discrepancy reports.


9. In addition, there will be times that supplier will need to provide inspection time estimates.


10. Maintain and track all inspection equipment calibrations.


11. Support process improvement initiatives.
