Baer is looking for Senior Client Delivery Manager for a 6-month Federal Remote Project.

Title: Senior Client Delivery Manager
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)


Responsibilities:

• Act as the principal engagement leader representing client to customers, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.


• Manage the entire scope of projects, including timelines and deliverables, from initiation through to completion.


• Understand in-depth contract details and manage engagements according to specified requirements.


• Oversee all technical and functional aspects of project engagements.


• Coordinate and facilitate client onboarding, scope validation workshops, and other critical customer interactions, both virtually and in-person as necessary.


• Integrate customers into the client ticketing system for streamlined issue resolution and support.


• Document and manage all decisions, actions, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.


• Identify, document, and mitigate risks throughout project phases.


• Ensure adherence to client guidelines through management of Build Sheet, Change, and Escalation processes.


• Deliver regular project and customer status updates to Client Leadership.


• Facilitate internal meetings and reviews to ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement.


• Manage, track, and report on incidents, service requests, and ticket aging to optimize response times and service quality.

Experience Required:

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, including Directors and VPs.


• Proven project management experience in leading technical engagements.


• Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing concepts, software, and systems (e.g., networking, virtualization, VMware, hypervisors).


• Familiarity with major cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.


• In-depth knowledge of SAP software, including implementations and upgrades.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Math, or Statistics OR significant professional equivalence.

Experience Preferred:

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.


• Practical understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS operations models.


• Knowledge of enterprise technology infrastructure (e.g., networks, storage, enterprise server software including Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring technologies).


• Previous experience with SAP Mission Critical Applications (e.g., Financial Systems, Billing Systems, Procurement Systems) and/or SAP BASIS.


• Experience in a Managed Services environment.
