Job Description



Preparing Redback Drilling Reamers by dressing and undressing tools for customers and returns following strict procedures. The Service Technician may be required to assist in general office duties and inventory control. General labor such as painting, pressure washing and cleaning of office/warehouse and general building maintenance.

• Dressing and undressing of the Redback Drilling Reamer.


• Assist in quality controls of our product.


• Assist in accessing cutter condition of returned tools.


• Assist in documenting condition of returned tools and cutters from customers.


• Assist in inventory control and shop organization.


• Assist in International Shipments (Preparing tools for shipment to international customers).


• Operate a forklift to unload and load trucks and to move tools inside the warehouse.


• Assist in general office duties (filing, receiving tickets, and creating work orders)


• Work with inspection companies and machine shops for the inspection and repair of our tools.


• Arrange and dispatch trucks to deliver and pick-up tools from customers and machine shops.


• General labor: Pressure washing and cleaning of tools, painting, cleaning the shop and office and general building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


• 2 years of workshop experience to include service technician
