Mass Eye & Ear (MEE) is offering a sign-on bonus for new and experienced Medical Administrative Assistants!

**We are offering a $750 sign-on bonus for new hires who accept a full-time offer. The bonus will be paid out upon successful completion of 90-days of employment from date of hire**

A Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support to physicians in a high-volume ambulatory clinic setting, functioning as the primary interface between patients and providers. We have multiple positions available for candidates looking for front desk and/or scheduling experience!


Available Shifts/Locations: We are currently hiring for our Lexington campus - shifts to include full-time, with work schedules worked primarily M-F and rotating start times as early as 7:00am-9:00am.



Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-year of experience in a medical admin or medical assistant support position is preferred
