Azure Cloud Infrastructure Leader

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner/Leader who will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features for implementation in Azure Landing Zone platform. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, the Technical Product Owner will scope and create roadmaps and requirements and deliver the Azure Landing Zone platform on-time and with high-quality aligned to the business goals of the organization. The PO will serve as a primary liaison between engineering, corporate governance group, digital offer development teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Azure Landing Zone customers, Cloud Solution Architects & Security teams to capture feature requests, business requirements, and use cases.


• Create prioritized epics, features, and user story backlogs.


• Enable and empower users with a Self-Service approach working with the ALZ.


• Advertise new capabilities and evolutions to stakeholders in collaboration with Azure Concierge.

• Leverage Yammer to make announcements about upcoming changes and releases.


• Broadcast high-level roadmap and collect feedback.


• Publish release notes for every new release.


• Organize webinars to demonstrate new capabilities.




• Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously improving the developer experience.
  
  
  • Define with Cloud Solution Architect blueprints representative of the most common use cases supported on the platform.
  
  
  • Guarantee a seamless experience thanks to end-to-end automation with ServiceNow as a default entry point for requests.
  
  
  
  


• Increase the quality level of the Azure Landing Zone by:
  
  
  • Having 100% of the supported use cases being continuously tested.
  
  
  • Working closely with the Landing Zone Site Reliability Engineers on defining Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and advertise Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
  
  
  


• Be the interface with all entities contributing to the Landing Zone such as:
  
  
  • IT Core Connectivity Team, Global Network Security Team, and Global Directory Services Team.
  
  
  • ServiceNow team.
  
  
  • SE Governance Cybersecurity, Technology & Architecture Team, and Security Operating Center Team.
  
  
  
  


• Support agile values by adhering to scrum principles and practices along with the scrum team's specific approaches.
  • Assist scrum masters in assessing scrum maturity of the team and implementing any processes that support the team.
  
  

The candidate is expected to have the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge in Azure infrastructure and network as well as governance is absolutely required.
  
  
  • Advanced cloud networking & services knowledge.
  
  
  • Authentication, Directory Services, LDAP, and IAM: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Certificate Services, PKI, Single Sign-On, AWS IAM.
  
  
  • Knowledge of cloud backup management services.
  
  
  • Knowledge of cloud management, logging, and monitoring tools knowledge.
  
  
  
  


• Advanced knowledge of DevOps practice and automation in general.


• Strong, working knowledge of Configuration and Infrastructure as Code concepts.


• Strong experience in product development in an Agile environment.

• Have a service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.


• Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated.


• Quick learner, adaptability in a highly moving and fast-growing environment.


• Able to guide/influence the work of others.


• Resourceful & proactive: take initiative & act.

The candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer and/or Expert.


• 5+ years' experience engineering/operating IT Infrastructure solutions in public cloud platforms Microsoft Azure, AWS.


• Relevant professional certifications: Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Solution Architecture, and/or Security.


• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
