Job Title: Personal Banker (On-Site Position), Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

This role plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive banking services to our customers. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting banking products and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a finance-related degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Prior experience in customer service
Preferred Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, business or finance major a plus
- Knowledge of banking software and regulations
- Prior banking experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Process financial transactions, account openings and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on our financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to security and compliance protocols.

Our bank expanded to the Festus market over 4 years ago and opened our St. Charles location in January of 2022.
