Overview

The Data Management Assistant is a part-time role within the data organization. They offer support services to employees and customers. The Data Management Assistant works with the entire team and also interacts systems users across the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Account Set Up ticket processing
• Complete Data Management tickets
• Review and update data in ERP systems
• Perform Mass data changes, depending upon the request type
• Assist with EDI projects and tasks
• Perform and/or assist with system testing
• Assist both internal and external customers
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field preferred but not required.
• Experience in Data Management, Engineering, or a similar field preferred but not required
• Initiative and a strong desire to learn
• Creative thinker and strong troubleshooting and research skills
• Customer-focused working approach
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong attention to detail

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Product configurator experience.
• Infor Syteline/ERP expertise.
