Regional Facilities Manager


The Facilities Manager will ensure the Facilities in (DC, MD, VA, NC) are set up for success through the management of all aspects of existing unit issues, remodels, and newer restaurant needs. Working as the Facilities Manager to keep project plans on schedule, vendor relations secure, and ensuring all maintenance needs are completed. The Facilities Manager will act as the primary Repair and Maintenance resource for the restaurants. You are a problem solver!

What You'll Do:

  • Be willing to travel up to 40% of the time and be the point of contact in the region for Northeast DC, MA,
    VA, NC
  • Be the go-to for Repairs and Maintenance and make sure that the team, vendors, and restaurants run efficiently
  • Manage the ServiceChannel, capturing all the changes, updates, assets, and track spend
  • Be the champion for the operators in fixing problems so they can conduct business with little to no interruption
  • Work to find bids for needed repairs and network the territory.
  • Manage Vendors to ensure we have the right people for the right job at the correct cost
  • Attend punch walk meetings as the Facilities department representative
  • Create process, track, and document so that nothing is missed
  • Ensure spend, budgets, labor, and supplies are accounted for throughout the region
  • Work with on-site managers to identify facilities issues and create an action plan to support the need
  • Identify resources needed, and working with others to assemble solutions
  • Ensure that Preventative Maintenance is a priority so that we continue to run efficiently.
  • Manage all phases of facilities projects to ensure on-time completion
  • Establish project communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact of the guest in mind
  • Effectively communicate goals, priorities, and action items to direct reports; actively give feedback on progress updates
  • Conduct impactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization
  • Create opportunities for Team Members to grow in their roles
  • Execute effective decision-making skills to lead your team
  • Oversee innovative solutions proposed by direct reports
  • Maintain emotional stability in stressful situations; lead by example for how our team should handle adversity

The Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of proven success with multiple concurrent facilities projects utilizing skills in project management, tracking, and tools to ensure the best possible outcome
  • The ability to be on premise up to 40% of the time to support projects in DC, MA, VA, NC
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of facilities from new openings, conversions, vendors, and the ability to speak to timelines and across the organization all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor expenses, and fiscal performance and understand the cost impacts of projects.
  • Excellence in communication and timeline management
  • Provide objectives/goals for projects and deliver on schedule
  • Success as a professional, positive, resource across teams and customers always, even in challenging situations
  • Bring solutions forward and always look for ways to make Facilities better
  • Be able to utilize conceptual and planning skills to analyze performance

Physical Requirements:





  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
