Total Rewards and Wellbeing Coordinator
The Total Rewards & Wellbeing Coordinator provides high-quality reporting, analysis and administrative support through a variety of duties related to Compensation, Benefits and People Systems. The coordinator will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating information, and supporting tasks and projects related to Total Rewards.
What You'll Do:
Provide the Total Rewards Team with administrative support related to annual programs and ongoing processes including benefits management, people systems, compensation and compliance projects
Manage compensation tables, offer proposal processes, and offer letters
Triage incoming total rewards inquiries and provide timely responses
Educate cross-functional partners on Total Rewards programs and processes upon request, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Facilitate benefits orientations for new hires to educate and engage new team members on CAVA plans and programs
Maintain and distribute CAVA organizational charts and analytics dashboards
Assist with the creation and dissemination of weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
Coordinate wellness events for team members at the corporate office and manufacturing locations
Update team member information in UKG Pro (HRIS) as necessary
Process vendor invoices and expense reporting
Assist with benefits documentation for various state and federal regulations and audits
Manage total rewards information with high attention to detail and minimal supervision
Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business
Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
The Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred, preferably in HR
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) with emphasis on Excel
Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) HRIS preferred, but not required
Ability to maintain highly sensitive personal information in strictest confidence
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
Must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
