Community Outreach Coordinator (PT) at Detroit Area Agency on Aging in Detroit, Michigan

Job Description:

Part- time (20 hours/wk.) with a flexible schedule based on community event dates.
Implements the agency Outreach Program RepresentsDAAA at health fairs, community events, and conferences as approved by supervisor.Ensures coordination of outreach scheduling, follow up, reporting and documentationCollect event attendee information/dataWork within the policies and procedures of the AgencyConducts client satisfaction surveys and reportsPerforms other duties as required.
Hours of operation are Monday Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and may include evening and or weekend events. Part-time, 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule based on community event dates.
