What You Will Do
Working daily at the Loveland office, and reporting to the Vice President of Industrial, you will
Assist the preconstruction department complete deliverables tied to project pursuitsPrepare Prequals, RFPs, RFQs, SOQs responses as well as qualifications-related and informational packetsMaintain and update the estimating and preconstruction calendars and assist in scheduling vendor, client, bid review, and other meetingsMaintain and create information to support and evolve Salesforce.com project details to be used for Sales and RFP deliverables Contribute to positive employee morale and industry engagement by planning, scheduling, and assisting with Weifield and industry eventsAssist with setting up files and organization of bidding projects (vendor pricing, sub-contractor quotes, etc.)Assist with obtaining insurance certificates, permits, bonds and/or prepare tax exempt applicationsAssist in planning/organizing company and client events, including communicationAnswer phones, handle office coordination, book travel as neededFile and organize documents and perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assignedSimplify and improve processes while actively networking internally and externally with a focus on identifying best practicesNotarize documents.Maintaining Industrial Project number logAssist GS and PMs with EA coordination as requiredFacilitate Meetings for Industrial department--Industrial Precon/Ops Meeting, Industrial Precon meeting, and charitable event meetingsDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring

Experience working with RFPs/RFQsDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environmentBe self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes in Weifields business strategiesBring excellent computer skills with high competency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and SalesforcePossess excellent quantitative and analytical skillsHave a minimum of a high school diploma, but we prefer an associates or bachelors degreeHave demonstrated experience in administrative workBe well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective at managing to deadlinesPossess excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Compensation: $50K-$65K annual salary depending upon experience
