As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data through preparing reports or tracking headcount

  • Providing support and assistance to all employees/management through guidance, conducting orientations, preparing employee engagement activities, training when necessary, and other related activities

  • Influencing the enforcement and adherence to policies, as well as exercising the authority to independently act within those guidelines

  • Coordinating accurate and timely administration of diverse, complex, and highly confidential information related to compensation, benefits, performance, and other areas of HR

  • Communicating tactfully and professionally at all levels and exercising discretion concerning confidential and sensitive information

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

  • Three (3) years of Human Resources administration experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint sites

  • Advanced experience in the HR function

  • Advanced experience in planning and coordinating events

  • Ability and willingness to resolve employee issues and exercise judgement to elevate when necessary

Work location:

  • On-site Monroe, NC

Travel: May include up to 10%

Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $55,645 - $68,010, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
