ITSM Process Manager / Change Manager

Why this job is important to us

The Change Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating changes across the SaaS enterprise. In addition, this role will participate in other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes as needed.

What you are responsible for

• Maintain and enhance the Change Management process following ITIL concepts.


• Provide daily operation of the change management process.


• Review and changes and scrutinize risk ratings.


• Lead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board


• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of change management.


• Ensure that the change management process is documented, understood, and followed.


• Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.


• Develop, measure, and analyze Critical Success Factors (CSF) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and design and generate metric reports.


• Develop, enhance, operate, and maintain change management system/tools and interfaces with other tools (e.g., Problem, Configuration, and Incident Management Systems)


• Operate and maintain the Change Management module and associated interfaces in ServiceNow.


• Establish and maintain change governance processes.


• Lead and participate as a key contributor in other ITSM processes (Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management)

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university; technology discipline preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience with change management and ITIL service management implementation preferred.


• ServiceNow experience preferred.


• Proven experience working directly with internal and external clients.


• ITIL Foundations Certification

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
