Supply Chain Project Manager:
The SC Project Manager has overall responsibility for facilitating the planning and execution of product and launch projects in terms of launch execution and post launch evaluation. The SC Project Manager will partner with Commercial, Activity Management, Marketing or Sales, (the Activity Champion - whomever is leading the activity), to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning, and timing of any given project. The role is responsible for leading project teams to successfully plan, execute projects and minimize write offs. This will allow for focus on execution, improved visibility to risks and issues, and will help to establish a culture of discipline and excellence in execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required

  • 5+ years of business experience, including 2+ year of Project Management experience or related work (preferably in supply chain or related area)

  • Experience across multiple business functions desired

  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

SC Project Management:


  • Facilitate the cross-functional team to define the Critical Success Factors,

  • conduct the Risk Assessment and determine write off scenarios for all activities and develop project timelines.

  • Responsible for Post Development Brief and managing the project through post launch.

  • Understand the business process and use it to plan and deliver the project to the highest levels.

  • Ensure compliance of activity process among cross-functional team members.

  • Manage the activity until a level of stability is achieved with in-store activity.

  • Coordinate with Business Partners and the Activity Champions to ensure Post-Launch Review is completed in timely manner and learnings are incorporated into subsequent projects.

  • Propose changes to the process and/or system for purposes of improvement.

Building Effective Teams:


  • Set up and chair project team meetings, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage the communication flow between all functions and levels within the organization.

  • Keep team members motivated to achieve commitments. Update team members on progress of the activity and ensure inputs from all functions are on time and as required.

  • Assist in the implementation of reduced lead-times.

  • Identify critical decisions and ensure full sign-on to agreed solutions.

  • Ensure that the project plan is developed, and all members of the Project Team sign on to and deliver it.

  • Present activity, status, progress, measurements, and issues to local factory, commercial, Activity Managers, and brand leader as required.

  • Recommend when to proceed or to stop the project.

Project Governance:

This role governs adherence of projects to the RC Activity Management gate process. This includes making clear and visible all deliverables required at each stage and ensuring that project plans in place at each gate passing will deliver the Critical Success Factors agreed for the project.
