Overview



Falconwood, Inc. is a woman/veteran-owned business providing executive level consultants and programmatic support to Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology (IT) initiatives and programs.


We provide expert consultation on a diverse range of IT subjects focusing on acquisition strategy, implementation activities, cloud computing, systems engineering, and Cyber Security policy and engineering.


This position is for PEO Digital Support Service Delivery planning, activities, and analysis to include program analysis, strategic planning, metrics analysis, risk management, or support of executive review preparations.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain current knowledge within the Network Operation Environment and Service Desk Functions or IT Service Continuity and its relation to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN).


  • Participate in Product and/or Shared Service Teams in support of an Agile Release Train (ART).


  • Learn and assist in the support activities of ITSM practices such as preparation and evaluation of governance documents, analysis, and/or briefings.


  • Follow Records Management and Knowledge Management policies and procedures to perform as content manager duties for SharePoint Online sites.


  • Apply understanding of processes and procedures, information flows and handoffs, decisions, communications pathways, and the like to effectively support multiple, major initiatives.


  • Utilize understanding of operations, practices, and functions to identify upstream, downstream, and concurrent dependencies and recommend requirements for improvement.


  • Participates in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, project managers, etc. to render project activities into actionable solutions


  • Participate in practice/service gap analysis.


  • Provide general documentation support, to include creation of weekly and monthly status report, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process workflows as needed and develop and deliver briefs as required.


  • Review requirements, technical data, and acquisition documentation including: Management Plans; Statements of Work; and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).


Qualifications


  • Active Secret Clearance Required, TS/SCI Clearance Preferred


  • Experience with acquisition related processes and deliverables (e.g., Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)


  • Experience with a Navy acquisition program or Department of Defense (DoD)


  • Experience with Agile methodology and development


  • Experience with ServiceNow SAFE Module


  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Planner, Sharepoint, and other M365 collaboration tools


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels


  • Ability to operate within a rapid-pace, dynamic environment, often-times managing multiple programs concurrently


  • Ability to think independently with minimal oversight


  • Detailed-oriented, self-driven, able to work well within a team that supports a fluid, dynamic environment


  • Strong data analysis skills with an ability to observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources


Pay Range



$64,000 - $74,000
