As an Lab Technician III - You will:


REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

• This job family is responsible for providing support to engineers on technical projects and/or products.

• Collects, maintains, organizes, compiles, and manipulates technical data.

• May create, build, assemble, modify and/or repair prototypes.

• Prepares engineering documentation, reports, drawings (sketches/flow charts/diagrams/schematics, etc.).

• Performs mathematical calculations per engineering specifications.

• Undertakes analyses of data where guidelines are provided. Recommends alternative solutions to problems and obstacles.

• May set-up and conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering analysis.

• (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content.

• Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee.)

• With additional experience within one specialty, the individual is expected to assist in conducting scientific tasks such as permit applications or calibration of mathematical models for specific phases of a project of a more complex nature.

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT:



Knowledge/Skills And Ability:

Employee applies the basic fundamental, concepts, practices, and procedures.



Education :

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years or related experience.

AA degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience



Requitement :

• The role will serve in support of the data collection team. The primary tasks will involve lifting of luggage and test. articles up to 40 lbs., to scan on our equipment.

• The individual will be trained on basic operation of the equipment, to support these efforts.

• Use of internal tools to facilitate copy of data from the equipment and data engineering. may also be in scope.

• Familiarity working within a Linux based OS is preferred, but not required.

This is a Contract opportunity.


Location : Tewksbury MA



Contract : 6 month plus extension



Pay Rate : $25-30 Per hour
