Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of CA.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting is a plus).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
