SAP SD/MM Analyst

Element Solutions Inc's (ESI) seeks a full-time SAP SD/MM Analyst. Based at our Apex, NC office, this role will be focused on supporting ESI's Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Inventory management and processes with hands-on in all SAP functional areas. Primary responsibilities include:

SAP SD/MM Analyst

• Supporting the implementation of strong application maintenance processes and SLAs in all areas of responsibility (break fix, FMEA, preventive and minor enhancements).
• Developing detailed documentation related to business processes mapped and implemented within SAP, including documentation of the downstream and upstream system impacts and leading modifications and enhancements to core SAP to more effectively support our processes.
• Providing high-level technical support, evaluating enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
• Providing production support, including addressing all SAP support tickets in the area-based prioritization in a timely manner, recording incidents, working on root cause analysis and working with internal technical teams to resolve and provide permanent resolutions for preventing the reoccurrences of issues.
• Collecting, documenting, and communicating best practices utilizing SAP best practices and industry best practices.
• Maintaining standards for application maintenance support tools.
• Proactively analyzing usage, incidents and new requirements to devise effective strategies for production support by either developing new tools or integrating tools available in the market.
• Building partnerships with internal customers and other systems owners within North America and globally.
• Collaborating with 3rd party SAP AMS provider(s) in a co-sourcing model.
• Participating in the global Change Control Board as required.
• Supporting internal and external audits.

SAP SD/MM Analyst

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with MIS concentration or a related technical field plus 5 years of progressive experience as SAP analyst. Such experience must be with SAP SD/MM in a business-facing role (consulting or business analyst position) and must include at least 2 years with full life-cycle SAP S/4 Hana project coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.

Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent with MIS concentration or a related technical field and 3 years of exp., as described above, in lieu of Bachelor's and 5 years.

Hybrid work schedule. Will report to and work from our Apex, NC office; may telecommute part-time from any location within NC.

Domestic travel approx. 10-15%. May occasionally travel internationally.
