Job Description:

Beacon Hill is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our client's team in St. Louis, MO. This role is temp to perm. Our client is looking for an individual who wants to be in a fun, laid back culture where employees have access to an in office gym facility along with other in office benefits.



Specific Responsibilities

• Record accounting transaction activity for the corporate office, including payroll, insurance, benefits, purchasing cards, real estate activities, inter-company transactions, and key corporate vendors.


• Monitor and reconcile corporate bank account activity and balances.


• Prepare financial and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.


• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.


• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.


• Assist with State, Local, real estate, property tax and business license filings


• Assist with financial and tax audits.


• Document and monitor internal controls.


• Assist in developing and enforcing accounting policies/procedures.


• Assist in weekly/monthly reporting and analysis


• Other projects as assigned (i.e. - accounting system enhancements, integration with other internal systems, etc.).
