Vendor Payment Specialist at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Plymouth, Minnesota

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Vendor Payment Specialist for a long term contract position in the Plymouth, MN area. Responsibilities for the role include:

• Managing accounts payable inbox (30-50 emails per day) and scanning for criticial email indicators, then handling and answering those emails.


• Use smartsheet to manage incoming vendor payment requests and then log and notify key stakeholders.


• Log on-hold vendors into smarsheet and work to rectify them to a positive status.


• Vendor interaction - work with internal AP team to get payments taken care of.


• Handle purchase order inboxes including creating entries.


• Preparing expense reports.
