Job Description:



The Principal Product Manger for Property Insights is responsible for defining and delivering property insights across a range of industry groups including financial services, government, capital markets and other housing related adjacencies. This is a hybrid product manager and data scientist role, where the individual will be expected to identify and define key property insights, as well as drive the development of these insights on CoreLogic's analytical workbench, and in various Cloud ecosystems.


The goal is to create an "insights factory" that can be used to facilitate sales enablement and ultimately drive the development of insights products. This role will work closely with the product and sales teams to define a roadmap of critical insights and partner closely with the analytical workbench product manager in the build-out of these insights. Successful candidates will have experience in building data products and a strong technical background in working with "Big Data".



Job Responsibilities:



  • Work with sales and product to define and prioritize an inventory of use-cases and insights


  • Build-out these insights on CoreLogic's analytical workbench and Cloud ecosystems by identifying required data and developing analytics to enable the required insights, including metrics, aggregations, and charts


  • Work with data and industry SMEs to validate the insights


  • Consolidate the insights into a unified dashboard


  • Support client and prospect demos of these dashboards and insights


  • Support the creation of formal products form these dashboards and insights





Job Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.


  • Strong data and technical skills, including SQL and Python


  • Experience with business intelligence tools


  • Experience in product management


  • Experience in financial services, real-estate or housing adjacent markets


  • Excellent project management, organization and customer engagement skills


  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group communication skills.


  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence to drive integration, provide influence, and build relationships across all levels of the organization.


  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment decisions when faced with trade-offs.


  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior executive level, internal and external to the organization.


  • Negotiation skills to influence strategic partnerships requiring coordination across functional lines or influencing senior leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.


  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines.


  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success; display orientation to profitability.


  • Experience with project development methodology (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Extreme).


  • High degree of adaptability Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.


  • Ability to manage and execute within a complex and matrixed organization, assess optimal execution pathways.





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Pragmatic Marketing certification


  • Master's Degree


  • Experience using cloud-based analytic platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

Annual Pay Range:

127,100 - 155,000 USD
