Job Summary

Support the Engagement team with the implementation of and ongoing management of employee engagement initiatives, programs and projects across the organization that drive Organizational Health Excellence, including but not limited to employee and new leader onboarding, leadership tools and resources, and recognition programs.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


  • Collaborates with diverse cross-functional teams to identify and implement regular enhancements to engagement programs as part of continuous improvement efforts to drive Organizational Health Excellence

  • Support the facilitation of new employee and new leader onboarding sessions for the West Division

  • Support leadership training programs facilitated by Engagement team

  • Support Talent Review process

  • Support key employee engagement programs, including employee survey process, OHE, and employee recognition programs.

  • Partner with Engagement team to use data to identify and analyze operational challenges related to the workforce and support engagement solutions consistent with business realities.

  • Support, facilitate, and lead engagement activities throughout the West Division that drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Previous intern program participant preferred.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to cope with change and work effectively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Team-oriented and works well in a collaborative environment.

  • Expert with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • HR experience preferred.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $60,940.69 - $91,411.03
