Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Application Maintenance and Support Lead. The position will primarily be responsible for providing support for the In-House product from customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to provide user support, maintain and upgrade the applications. Develop new features and write test scripts. Troubleshoot the issues on the systems. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the product discussions .

Required Qualifications:


  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 Years of experience in Information Technology.

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience with Java or C++, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Python, RDBMS like Oracle and PostgreSQL

  • Experience on Project Management / ITSM tools like ServiceNOw, Jira etc

  • Working experience on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP

  • Develop new features and test scripts.

  • Provide application support and maintenance.

  • Upgrade and monitor the Documentum systems.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience with application development and support

  • Experience with resolving the security vulnerabilities is plus

  • Experience with AWS, is a plus

  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

  • Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
