Role Overview:



The Inside Sales Representative serves as a customer service advocate. This team generates new sales opportunities through phone and email.



Responsibilities:



tracks open sales orders


Prospects for new sales opportunities


Provides product pricing


Recommends products that are needed


Ensures timely shipment of materials


Provides excellent customer service


Handles customer inquiries and problem resolution in partnership with the Outside Sales rep.


Creates estimates


Resolves customer complaints


All other duties assigned by management.



Requirements:



3+ years of inside sales experience


High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.


MS Office Suite


Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
