Responsibilities:

• Process AP daily (high volume)


• Verify accuracy of invoices, matching purchase orders and receipts


• Resolve and discrepancies


• Handle vendor support and communication


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records


• Reconcile vendor statements


• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting related experience


• Excel experience


• ERP software use is a plus


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
