Job Description:

Location: Wayne, PA

Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Investment Data Analyst. This is a permanent, direct hire, hybrid job opportunity in the greater Philadelphia area.


Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting for key clients; maintain and distribute detailed portfolio materials


• Oversee performance, holdings, and exposure data within internal systems


• Collaborate with departments to improve internal/external reporting and data management processes
  
  


• Maintain weekly internal portfolio monitors and attribution reports


• Create analytics materials for client presentations and external reporting


• Calculate ad-hoc analytics for performance, attribution, risk, asset allocation, and exposure


• Communicate across departments for data gathering and analytics development

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in investment operations, data administration, or performance analysis


• Self-starter with skills in developing effective solutions for open-ended requests


• Proficient in constructing models, assembling deliverables, and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


• Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities


• Familiarity with Factset, Bloomberg, and portfolio management software (preferred, not required)
