Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Review, load, and maintain contract pricing and CPA agreements within SAP

  • Intake and maintain Product Management product pricing submissions and modifications

  • Update CLT records to maintain final contract documentation and contract status

  • Manage and maintain Usage agreements, recording and modifying contract target values, initiating and updating service agreements, and issuing or transacting changes related to usage agreement equipment

  • Liaise with National Accounts Team to understand issues impacting National Account contracting

  • Partner with Product Finance, Contracts & Systems, and National Accounts Teams to review Usage Agreement performance reports and follow up with I&R Managers to engage appropriate action

  • Ensure Agency and Internal Arthrex Compliance with contract standards and processes

  • Monitor National Account and CPA contract pricing renewals and expirations and partner with Contracts and Systems, National Accounts, and Sales Management Teams to assist in enforcement

  • Partner with National Accounts, Sales Management, Legal, and Compliance to optimize the contract pricing and CPA processes

  • Possess advanced knowledge of Arthrex Business Portal and other custom software to assist in technical support for all internal and external users

  • Troubleshoot malfunctions of database systems, working with IT, software developers, and all internal and external software users.

  • Actively communicate with Arthrex Agencies and internal and external users to support various contract and pricing initiatives and issue resolution

  • Provide project or customer facing support as needed

  • Exercise flexibility in working time or hours when needed to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Specialized Skills :


  • Advanced data entry skills and attention to detail

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP system or equivalent

  • Strong collaboration & organization skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge in key areas of responsibility and BP Next, AXIS, and Business Portal

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Agencies and Cross-Functional Teams

Discretion / Latitude :

Works under general supervision independently and with a Team. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy

Education / Experience :


  • High school degree or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience required
