Job Description:
A company in southeast Austin is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Clerk to their accounting team. This is a fully in-office role paying $24-28/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilties:
- Process invoices against purchase orders, reviewing for pricing and sales tax
- Issue purchase orders
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
- Work with team to ensure all purchaser are requesting purchase orders
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Experience with high volume transactions
