Job Description:

Beacon Hill is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an exciting and engaging role! Our client, a growing organization in the Tualatin area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist temporary-to-hire basis. If you have 2+ years of experience in full cycle Accounts Payable and seeking a fantastic opportunity, look no further!

Responsibilities:

• Key inventory-related invoices and indirect non-inventory invoices


• Supervise the vendor mailbox and vendor requests


• Troubleshoot any vendor-related issues


• Review vendor-issues credits and resolve as needed


• Research and reconcile vendor statements


• Problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities


• Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
