We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative . In this role, you will develop relationships with customers to help them maximize their CRM, mine their customer base and find more opportunities.
You will work with dealers to help support their marketing plans while helping them increase sales, gross profit and deliver results. You will be responsible for creating leads and seeking opportunities to present email and call center campaigns.
Work cohesively with the Call Center, Graphic Design and Data teams to ensure the customers' expectations are met. Become the subject matter expert in Call Center and Email Marketing solutions. You will generate interest, qualify prospects, present solutions, close sales and ensure that the monthly goals are met.

Uncover dealer needs and present the appropriate solution
Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
80% Client time via phone calls and video conferences
Campaign Outreach and Follow Up
Develop leads and generate new opportunities
Communication with internal and external partners.
Daily communication with manager and weekly 1:1 meeting
Ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction through:
Continual customer engagement and follow up
Product and industry knowledge
Become a student of the industry always willing to learn and adapt
Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions and provide accurate weekly forecast to your manager
Manage deals within financial parameters
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail oriented and results driven
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2-5+ sales experience - inside or outside - preferably in technology sales
