Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Role Summary: As an SAP Solutions Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the transformation of our business processes. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, challenges, and improvement opportunities within our existing SAP EWM/Forecast to Produce processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with business units to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for technology solutions.


• Process Analysis: Assess end-to-end business processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.


• Solution Development: Shape requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating with core technology teams.


• Liaison with Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business functional stakeholders.


• Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert in R2R technology and related areas.


• Global Transformation: Contribute to our global business transformation program enabled by SAP EWM and other solutions.


• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates, ad hoc reports, and insights to management.


• Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, focusing on Manufacturing.


• User Engagement: Coordinate resources, handle direct communication with end users, and ensure effective solution adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience (Master's degree) or 8 years of experience (Bachelor's degree) in implementing SAP solutions or a similar role.


• Experience serving as a Solutions Leader around SAP Warehouse Management


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• Familiarity with SQL, data extraction techniques, and data reporting/analysis tools.


• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
