General Summary:The Early Education Leaders Institute is seeking an outstanding candidate for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position to assist grant PI's in conducting, managing, and presenting research. This will be a one-year appointment with option for renewal.
Examples of Duties:

Assist in literature search and review.

Draft at least 5 peer review journal articles per year.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Lead 1-2 funded research project activities, including quantitative and qualitative data collection.

Convert data into reportable formats for presentations.

Manage data infrastructure and overall project evaluation.

Secure grant writing and draft research reports.

Attend regular research team meetings.

Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Candidate must have doctoral degree by the first day of employment.

Doctoral degree in early childhood education or related field.

Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research.

Candidate has previously published peer-review articles as an independent researcher.

Effective communication and collaborative skills.

Strong computer literacy skills and comfort learning new software programs including database management.

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and to respond efficiently and effectively to new, last minute and/or revised requests.

Strong attention to detail
