Job Summary
Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of product to the customer. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.Job Description
Shift - Monday - Friday | 11:30PM-7:30AM
Responsibilities:
Review production schedules to ascertain product data such as quantities and specification of product.
Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequence for manufacturing product.
Ensure information reported into SAP is accurate and consistent with procedures and policies as developed by production and engineering. Review SAP data and work with Production Manager to develop bonus and corrective actions for all production people on standard.
Ensure production and quality of products meet specifications to help ensure customer satisfaction and patient safety.
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply.
Develop or revise standard operational and working practice and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
Enforce and train employees on company policy, procedures, modifying & improving assembly technique to improve quality and productivity.
Assign employees to production lines. Monitor, promote and ensure safety program. Interview, hire, and administer corrective actions.
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
Previous SAP and e-maintenance experience.
At least 2 years previous production experience.
At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
