Job Description

Under direct guidance/supervision, provides basic sales analytics and sales operational support to Health Plans' programs. Present recommendations to Sales Ops Manager to solve problems and issues related to sales opportunities. 

• Analyze and manage Over the Counter benefit formularies including, but not limited to: collecting product specifications, coordinating item conversions, pricing maintenance, and monitoring stock levels.  




• Develop basic reports and queries for sales force and customer.




• Support sales teams in preparing insights for customer business reviews and completing KPI and ad hoc reporting




• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management, Product Management, and other internal business partners to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics or other relevant field.

Relevant Work Experience

• 1 year of related experience (analytics, supply chain, operations)

Additional

• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, conditional formatting, pivot tables, working with large data sets and V-Look-Ups)
