Job Description:

Georgetown Newspapers, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Artist. Applicant will be responsible for designing advertisements for our weekly publications and our special sections, as well as building digital advertisements. The position also includes being able to send publications and outside print jobs to press, uploading content online, helping answer phone calls, assisting customers who walk into our office and other duties as assigned.

Associates or bachelors degree in design or equivalent field preferred, but will also substitute for work experience. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience working with the Mac operating system is a plus. Applicant should have a good attention to detail, be well organized and take pride in helping our customers achieve success.
