The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives within the Fintech and E-commerce sectors. This role will involve requirements gathering, solution design, process optimization, and stakeholder management to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for new projects and initiatives.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Participate in design sessions, providing input and guidance to ensure alignment with business needs.
Manage multiple project requirements concurrently, tracking project schedules and ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external resources (as needed) to facilitate the preparation and execution of project deliverables.
Document and maintain business processes, process flow analysis, and detailed functional designs.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and compliance, to drive alignment and execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Min 1 - 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles within the Fintech, E-commerce, or SaaS industries.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong analytical and Technical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in software development and project management.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
