This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and manage marketing efforts for their 40 locations across three brands.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Optimize CRM software, troubleshoot data connections, and refine processes.
Vendor Management: Oversee PPC, LSA, and SEO vendors to drive call volume and ensure performance.
Data Analysis: Extract insights from marketing data and measure campaign effectiveness with analytics tools.
Campaign Development: Create and implement email marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across the team and departments.
Creative Oversight: Develop creative collateral aligned with marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Handle marketing budgets, approvals, billing, and vendor negotiations.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track metrics, and optimize strategies.
Reputation Management: Implement best practices and maintain consistent, relevant content.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience or a related degree.
Technical Skills: Experience in managing Google SEM and advanced Excel skills.
Industry Knowledge: Franchise and/or home service marketing experience preferred, along with a strong understanding of working with media.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
