POSITION: Customer Service Representative Office Support Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS: • Bilingual: Spanish • Typing 40 wpm • Advanced organization skills "A MUST" (you will handle various items through the day) • Basic PC skill • Basic math skills • Con?ict resolution skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer and phone skills • Excellent Time Management **A MUST • Handle daily activity with ease - The position can get stressful • Meet the company's performance and attendance expectations • High School or GED • Clerical o?ce experience 1 year • ?
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer Phones • Process Payments • Process Quotes and Binds (prepared by Commercial Lines Agents) • Respond promptly to requests in person, over the phone, and/or in writing • Set up client ?les • Data entry • File information/documents • Record notes of daily interactions with insureds in client ?le • Support and service a wide range of personal lines and commercial accounts • Certi?cates and Evidence of Insurance • Communicating with the insured on Audits and follow-up • Support Sta? with calls/emails/ other duties as assigned or required
