Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++, C#, APIs, and EDI, Microsoft Azure certification and experience using Progress/Telerik application development tools. The individual will be responsible for heading up a software development team, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
Analyze current business processes and workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize expertise in C++, C#, and APIs to develop and support software solutions.
Work with EDI systems to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Leverage Microsoft Azure services to implement and manage cloud-based solutions.
Project Management:
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Develop project plans, track progress, and report on status to stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position.
Proficient in Telerik/Progress Application Development Tools, C++, C#, APIs, and EDI.
Certifications:
Microsoft certification is a plus
