a. Senior Project Manager personnel must possess the following qualifications or equivalent:
i. 10+ years overall IS/IT experience with at least:
1. 7+ years of experience in working with third party vendors
2. 7+ years of experience in Project Management
3. Prior experience working with off-shore personnel is a plus
ii. Proven track record of successfully managing high visibility IS/IT Projects within a large, complex organization, with the focus on application technology upgrades.
iii. Demonstrated proficiency with the following technologies:
1. Microsoft Suite including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
2. Clarity or similar project management tool
3. SharePoint
iv. PMP Certification highly desired
v. Demonstrated aptitude to exert influence throughout various levels in the organization to meet objectives and deadlines
vi. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines well under pressure
vii. Strong customer service orientation and excellent soft skills
viii. Demonstrated project task management abilities
ix. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
xi. Solid project management financial cost management skills. Must have experience authoring and maintaining project budgets, forecasts and actual spend across multiple teams/entities. Must understand basic accounting principals (such as timing of expense recognition including when to book accruals).
xii. Highly organized and process oriented
xiii. Able to clearly understand project objectives/priorities
xiv. Self-starter, motivated, driver
xv. Excellent oral & written English communication
b. Personnel must be able to perform tasks identified in Section 5.1.
c. Personnel must have effective communication skills, expediently reply to email correspondence, and attend daily and /or weekly project status conference calls, as scheduled.
d. Service Provider shall ensure resources are available onsite and/or remotely during business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time, weekdays).
e. Service Provider shall provide client with a schedule of resources (e.g. time off, vacation, sick days, etc.) and advise of any changes in the schedule.
