The Director of Technical Services and Aftermarket Support is responsible for growing and leading profitable field service, technical support, training, and product and accessories functions. The leader will develop and evolve strategies to strengthen the value provided to companies customers and channel partners, developing, and implementing programs focused on further strengthening companies position as a leading provider.
The ideal candidate will have: • Five year's directly related leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or Business degree with substantial technical experience. • Demonstrated technical proficiency, strong planning skills, and good judgment. • Inclination to "roll up sleeves" and lead collaboratively from the shop floor and field. • Proven ability to balance competing priorities in a complex manufacturing environment. • Background in capital equipment industries, packaging equipment experience is a plus. • Technical experience is a plus, experience with PLC's, servo motion control, and robotics a strong plus.
