Lead the technical development of custom applications in ServiceNow, crafting tailored solutions that streamline and automate business processes.
Engineer advanced ServiceNow functionalities, utilizing scripting and workflow configuration to enhance service management capabilities.
Deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications through meticulous coding practices, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to best practices in testing and deployment.
Develop, customize, and maintain IT service management solutions within the ServiceNow platform to improve business processes.
Act as the execution role for application development, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITSM solutions with business objectives and user needs.
Document technical processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, quality assurance, and release management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in ITSM support, with a focus on ServiceNow development and administration
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer) are desirable.
