Dynamics 365 Business System Analyst (BSA) - Finance & Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, with a focus on production, manufacturing, financial accounting, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Dynamics 365 F&O system
Configure and customize the F&O modules to meet the organization's unique needs
Test system changes and enhancements to ensure seamless integration and functionality
Provide end-user training and support on the F&O system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to optimize business processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features
Document processes, configurations, and system changes for knowledge transfer
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business System Analyst
Comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, including production, manufacturing, financial accounting, and supply chain management
Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, information systems, or computer science)
