5+ years of experience in a direct Networking/Infrastructure management role
Experience managing direct reports
Experience overseeing and planning budget
Extensive experience with CISCO technologies
Experience maintaining and implementing Fortinet firewalls, VPN's, IDS systems
Proficient with Ruckus or other enterprise wireless technologies
Experience managing within agile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within the IT Department
