Job Description:
The NetSuite Technical Project Manager will lead NetSuite Design and Implementation activities based on an 'Adopt, not Adapt' principle to achieve a 'One System, One Process' design strategy, globally.
The selected candidate will be required to develop a plan of action to get the initiative delivered and will collaborate with the Global Program Manager (GPM), stakeholders, external vendors, our Service Integrator (SI) and internal business teams to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project strategy and budgetary restrictions.
Candidates will be required to "roll up their sleeves" and can take control of meetings, decisions and drive issues to resolution.
The Technical NetSuite Project Manager must have a strong background in NetSuite (or another enterprise ERP), knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing (MFG).
The role will develop migration approaches, solution architecture designs and your technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to facilitate project governance will be essential in enabling the successful delivery of the Project.
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
Host project meetings consistently with team and managers.
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Work well with Business leader to understand Objectives from Business perspective.
Stakeholder Management
Provide guidance and enterprise architecture advice to the business and SI to agree a Design based on an Adopt, not Adapt principle
Assist in developing migration approaches, such as identifying different hosting environments, new platforms, or complete redesigns
Assist in developing Program and project governance strategies, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cloud security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, program teams, Global teams and SI teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and GPM
Requirements:
Proven 7+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in cloud adoption projects
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
Communicating with stakeholders and the GPM to keep the project aligned with their goals
Familiarity with the work being done by each team member.
Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
Familiarity with Project governance frameworks and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
