A Robert Half client is looking for an IT Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the technology infrastructure, focusing on new hire setups, offboarding, account provisioning, managing equipment, and overseeing our ticketing system.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with on-site computer support in resolving operating system issues
3+ years experience with Windows 10 & 11
Strong customer-service and problem solving skills
B.A./ B.S. in Computer Science or another technical field preferred
Driven individual who can operate as a self starter with little supervision
