This candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware and software infrastructure like servers, networks, security issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures in support of data centers. This person must have their own transportation, insurance, and valid driver's license. To be successful in this role, candidates must have an understanding o data center IT operations environment and the knowledge to use software tools to perform day-to-day functions and troubleshooting. The most crucial aspect of this role is to provide installation and or break/fix support including component replacement and operating system installation. This position is local to Indianapolis, IN and pays $19/hr.
