- Integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes using tools like Tricentis, Tosca and Selenium.
- Oversee quality assurance efforts for a team.
- Train the team in software testing best practices.
- Relevant education (Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Prepare, execute, validate, and document test scripts using SAP Solution Manager, QTP, and HPQC.
- Review test scripts developed by test engineers and assess test quality.
- Plan automation test script execution, file defects, and verify defect fixes.
- Lead offshore teams, establish direction, and motivate team members.
- Work closely with testing leads and stakeholders.
- Facilitate testing execution and develop test evidence.
- Manage daily test status reporting.
- Gather requirements and manage test exit/entry criteria.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Client-specific tasks (e.g., upgrading from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA).
- Ensure defined standards and processes for software testing.
- Manage defects and test cases using tools like JIRA , Azure Devops.
