Qualifications:
- STEM related Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager
Skills:
We require someone who has expertise or knowledge of the following skills,
- SQF Practitioner
- HACCP Certification
-Six Sigma Methodology
-Lean Process Improvement Techniques
-Food Defense/ Food Fraud Prevention Measures
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Developing and implementing quality control processes that ensure high-quality product delivery.
2) Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, maintenance personnel for continuous process improvement initiatives.
3) Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding safety protocols within food processing facilities.
