Job Description:
-Providing technical support including understanding customer power supply needs, recommending appropriate company products and explaining technical concepts.
-Conducting the training for sales staff, Distributor and manufacturing reps.
-Contacting engineers at HQ in order to obtain required information for customers.
-Provide direct field support of Distribution Sales Representatives and Manufacturer Representatives with joint sales calls and alone calls when required.
-Provide support to potential and current customers by gathering information and providing solutions with the company's products.
Qualification:
-Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical (sales) personnel.
-Technical writing skills necessary.
-Understanding of the design of power supply equipment, such as transistors, resistors and components, and ability to test, using technical
equipment such as oscilloscopes, testing and soldering equipment
